Router Status

The status is the box, not the production. Online and Offline come from RMS and say whether the router itself is reachable. Data delivery is the small line underneath: a router that stopped uploading is usually a machine that is not running, and that is normal — a box RMS cannot reach is not. Uploading within the last 45 minutes counts as flowing, one missed cycle of the agreed 15–30 minute interval. Routers RMS does not know appear as Not in RMS. Customers marked with a dashed edge are a guess, not a fact — administrators can drag a router onto a customer heading to confirm it, and override the machine type inline. Test boxes that are almost never online can be dragged onto Ignored: they drop out of every counter and out of the customer picker, and dragging them back undoes it. Remote actions need a service account in RMS and are shown disabled.
